1. Information We Collect
Documents You Upload
When you upload PDF files for conversion, we temporarily process them to extract data. These files are:
- Processed in memory and not permanently stored on our servers
- Converted results are stored for 24 hours to allow downloads
- Automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours
Account Information
If you create an account, we collect:
- Email address (for authentication and communication)
- Password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text)
- Subscription status and payment history
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage statistics including:
- Number of conversions performed
- Features used
- Error logs (without document content)
